Deano studied Computer Science at undergraduate level, doing his final project on implementing a genetic algorithm-based artificial intelligence for strategy computer games. However, shortly after graduating he realised that computer gaming industry had moved far away from its creative peak. At DecTech, his extensive talents are used to code up a variety of surveys and experiments, as well as the coding and developing of various parts across the site, including the football prediction sub-site. On top of all this, he also produces music and plays in the rock band 'Wrapped in Plastic' which has gathered attention in the national press.
